There is a simple formula for feeling good in life.  It consists of three things.  First, NOURISH your body.  Eat more plant-based foods and less animal-based, refined, or processed foods.   Drink a daily glass of green juice.  Exercise and move your glorious body.  Second, spend more time MEDITATING.  Spend time in the void, in the space between the noise, the quiet spot where Divinity resides.  Third, LOVE like you mean it.  Practice kindness and compassion towards yourself and others, then repeat it.  Share with the world how great it feels to be love, to feel love, and to love your life.

"A few months ago, I decided to take my joy for a ride, publicly. I wanted to let my smiley freak flag fly, regardless of the discomfort I felt OR created in others. It started with this tweet: "I am totally in love with my life." What a juicy affirmation! But once I pressed send, I slipped into old habits and started to sweat and pace. My ego immediately called me out and criticized me for being “cheesy”. Well, guess what happened? The twitter-sphere lit up. I could feel the collective and holy high-fives." 

If declaring your love out loud could create such a difference, imagine what meaning it on the inside could do for you. Give yourself permission to fall in love with your life, no matter what’s missing or what you wish was different. It’s your life, like it or not. So you might as well find and embrace the inner joy that patiently waits to be recognized.
